Reblogging this New Year’s post from my archives because many of you liked it. And I do too. See you in 2017!  https://natureismytherapy.com/2015/01/01/a-fresh-new-year-why-is-that-so-important/

  1. I reread this post and after reading my old comment, I realized yet again I did not eat black-eyed peas for New Year’s for good luck. I’m pretty sure it’s due to my rebellious nature that I seem to forget, but all of these years I have not had really bad luck. So maybe it’s all hogwash.
I also don’t make real goals. I just remind myself to keep on keeping on about mindfulness and listening.. and this year SMILING! I hope 2017 is full of adventure, love and happiness for you, Kim.

  2. Happy New Year Kim!
I hope the new year goes well for you…and me too!
I’ll pass on the sauer kraut and have cake instead…(it’s my birthday and I can eat anything I want!)
