I took a series of photos of this Great Blue Heron as he caught and ate a huge fish. I’ll post the entire series later, but thought this particular shot was so interesting because of the proximity of the eyes of both predator and prey.

Yes, I certainly did! I just got home this afternoon, exhausted. I hope to get some photos on the blog in the next few days, but it feels overwhelming just thinking about it all right now!
